Classified by alloy
- Series 1：We are commonly known as the ordinary checkered plate, the aluminum alloy checkered plate processed by 1060 aluminum plate as the plate base, can adapt to the ordinary environment, and the price is low. Usually cold storage, floor, outer packaging more use of this pattern aluminum plate.
- Series 3：It main alloy is Mn and 3003 as the main raw material processing, this kind of aluminum plate is also known as anti-rust aluminum plate, the strength is slightly higher than the ordinary aluminum alloy pattern plate, has a certain anti-rust performance, but the hardness and corrosion resistance can not reach 5000 series of pattern plate, so the product is used in the requirements of non-strict anti-rust aspects, such as truck models, cold storage floor.
- Series 5: Mg is the main alloy. 5052 or 5083 5000 series aluminum plate as raw materials processing, with good corrosion resistance, hardness, rust resistance. Usually used in special places, such as ships, compartment lights, humid environments, this kind of aluminum plate has high hardness, has a certain load-bearing capacity.
Classified by type
- Five bar aluminum checkered plate: five bar anti-slip aluminum plate and become lancet pattern plate, aluminum alloy pattern plate. It has good anti-slip ability and we can see it in building (floor) platform design and other aspects.
- Diamond plate: non-slip aluminum plate, and five bars play the same effect. The common alloy is 3003, temper is H24. And the thickness is 1-6mm.

5052 aluminum checkered plate
It is made of 5052 aluminum plate as raw material, has good corrosion resistance, and is usually used in special places.
