Series 1 aluminum plate
1050 use in daily necessities, lighting fixtures, reflective panels, decorations, heat sinks, electrical appliances, stamping parts. In some situations where high corrosion resistance and formability, chemical equipment is a typical use.
1060 has a wide use in products that do not require high strength. Such as signboards, billboards, building exterior decorations, bus bodies, high-rise building, kitchen sinks, electronic parts, deep drawing concave parts.
1100 generally use in utensils, heat sinks, bottle caps, printing boards, building materials, heat exchanger components. It widely use in various fields from cookware to industrial equipment.
Series 3 aluminum plate
3003 use in processing parts that require good formability, high corrosion resistance and good weldability. Or work that requires both these properties and higher strength than 1XXX series alloys. Such as kitchen utensils, tanks for transporting liquid products, and various pressure vessels and pipes made of thin plates.
3004 have commonly use in can bodies, thin plate processing parts, construction tools, and various lighting parts.
3005 use in humid environments such as air conditioners, refrigerators, and car bottoms. Also there are building materials and colored aluminum sheets.
3105 use in room partitions, baffles, mobile house panels, gutters and downpipes, bottle caps, bottle stoppers, etc.
Series 5 aluminum plate
5005 has medium strength and good corrosion resistance. Commonly use as conductors, cookware, instrument panels, shells and architectural decorative parts.
5050 can become into thick plates, pipes, bars, special-shaped materials and wires, etc.
5052 has good formability, corrosion resistance, burnability, fatigue strength and moderate static strength. Applications have sheet metal parts of transportation vehicles and ships, instruments, street lamp brackets and rivets, hardware products, etc.
5083 has high corrosion resistance, good weldability and medium strength. Such as ship, automobile and aircraft plate welding parts, refrigeration devices, television towers, drilling equipment, transportation equipment.
Series 6 aluminum plate
6061 has excellent interface characteristics, easy coating, high strength, good workability, and strong corrosion resistance. Usage: Aircraft parts, camera parts, couplers, marine accessories and hardware, electronic accessories and connectors, decorative or various hardware.
6063 aluminum plates have a wide use in building profiles, and extruded materials for vehicles, benches, furniture, fences, etc.
Series 8 aluminum plate
8011 whose main function is to make bottle caps and radiators. Most applications are aluminum foil.
